**ONLINE TRADE PROMOTION Terms and Conditions: 
Yeti Cooler/ Fridge-Lost Palms Brewing Co**

**Eligibility:**
1. The Yeti Cooler Online Trade Promotion - Lost Palms Brewing Co (the "Promotion") is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older, excluding employees and their immediate families of Lost Palms Brewing Co and its affiliated partners.

**Giveaway Period:**
2. The Giveaway begins on 31/8/23 at 5pm AEST and ends on 03/11/23 at 12pm AEST (the "Promotion Period").

**How to Enter:**
3. Participants can enter the Promotion by signing up to the Lost Palms Brewing Co newsletter during the Promotion Period. By signing up participants agree to receive content from Lost Palms Brewing Co. 

**Winner Selection:**
4. Two winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by Lost Palms Brewing Co. The draw will take place within 7 days of the Giveaway Period ending.

**Prizes:**
5. The first winner will receive a 75L Fridge & Freezer, a 35L Yeti Cooler, filled up with $500 worth of Lost Palms Core Range beer & $1,000 worth of Lost Palms Limited beers (subject to availability). The second winner will receive a 65L Yeti Cooler, filled with $250 worth of Lost Palms Core Range beer & $500 worth of Lost Palms Limited beers.* The specific model and details of the Yeti Cooler as well as the fridge will remain undisclosed until winners are announced. *The Beer is selected by Lost Palms itself and all beers are subject to availability.

**Notification and Claiming Prizes:**
6. The two winners will be notified by Lost Palms Brewing Co only (no third party) via email within 7 days of the draw. The winners must respond within 5 days of being notified to claim their prize.

**Publicity:**
7. By participating in the Promotion, winners agree to Lost Palms Brewing Co's use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.

**Privacy:**
8. Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

**General Conditions:**
9. Lost Palms Brewing Co reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion in the event of technical difficulties, fraud, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

**Limitation of Liability:**
10. Lost Palms Brewing Co and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the promotion or the use of any prizes awarded.

**Governing Law:**
11. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
